I've been lurking /r/fitness for a few days trying to get an idea of what to do, and the two most commonly suggested things seem to be Starting Strength and Stronglifts 5x5. Anyways, the point is that I've decided to do something about it and get into shape. I'm not "skinny-fat" - I've got some muscle - but I'm certainly not trim, either.
